Finding the right secondary or primary home can be daunting especially when your ideal home is located in an international destination. Aside from the purchasing aspects how do you know you will like the home and the area in which you are buying?
This is where the Travel Concierge Experience is designed to curate an experience for you and your family to experience the destination including the home you are considering buying.
The Travel Concierge Experience Includes:
- Private Travel Arrangement Management
- Custom Chef dinner party hosted in the home you are considering purchasing
- Licensed American based Sotheby's Agent touring you through properties of interest
- Customized itinerary of destination experiences and sight seeing
- Private transportation during your stay
How this works:
We work in partnership with your primary home agent if you already have representation. If not, not to worry we can represent you on the buy side for your international purchase transaction in addition to your Travel Concierge Experience. You will have 24 hr access to your traveling realtor during the duration of your international stay up to 10 days working with you each step of the way. You tell us which homes you like and we coordinate the details of touring you through each property.
The hosted chef dinner gives you an opportunity to truly experience the home with your family, see first hand how you would actually use the space, and other factors related to the location of the home. There is no obligation to purchase, but why not turn your international purchase experience into a 5 star unforgettable travel memory!
This service is an additional cost outside of any home purchase you may make.
